Hey folks! How’s it going?
2012 is right around the corner and many of us are busy buying and wrapping presents, writing Christmas and New Year cards, planning a festive vacation with family and friends, or just getting ready for an exciting and festive time of the year.
While we are busy with our commitments, let us not forget to be kind and patient with ourselves and others.
Devote 20 minutes each day in the remaining two weeks of December to reflect on the things that went well in 2011 and things that did not go well in 2011, and complete a Values Worksheet.
This is not a time to grief or regret, but the time to start anew and fresh.
As Maria Robinson once said,
“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
