Feelings and experiences from within

We live in a day and age where outward attainment have become seriously much more significant that inward growth.
We do a lot outside…but forget about the inside.

There are activities that connects us from the external world to our internal world, and such processes help us flourish inwards and outwards.

Meditation and yoga are among one of those many activities that brings one outwardness to inwardness. Other activities are often times related to creative output such as, drawing, painting, playing music…writing music…
Gardening is one of those activities as well, or going out for a hike in the park/ trail.

Inward growth connects our human body and mind to something deep that can’t be articulated with precision…however, can only be experienced and felt from within.
